Welcome to Rest Later. My name is Jeff Bowser, I’m a CrossFiter that trains in Vancouver British Columbia at CrossFit Optimum Performance. I am Level 1 Certified. This blog serves as my online diary of my crossfit workouts.

I’m no firebreather, and I’m unlikely to seriously compete for a spot in the games, however I love being fit and the fact that I can do most of the workouts is a sence of accomplishment I love. Walking down the street knowing what I’m capable of, and knowing exactly where my fitness levels are, is a very cool feeling.
