70 Burpees
All I can say is this sucked. I did modified Handstand push-ups with my toes on a 32 inch box, hands on the ground, and pivoted at the hips.
The only thing left to say is i’m glad it’s a rest day tomorrow. These main site WODS are the real deal. Tough as nails.
